Using this site

You may browse our site, request quotes, and place orders through our online shop. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request or order, and not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt its operation or access data you're not authorised to see).

Orders and payment

Orders placed through our shop may be paid via EFT (invoiced separately) or online via PayFast, a licensed South African payment gateway. Placing an order is a request to purchase — we will confirm availability and pricing before finalising. Prices are in South African Rand and may change without notice.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors, and to cancel or refund an order affected by such an error.

Services (repairs, servicing, refurbishment)

Quotes for repairs, servicing, or refurbishment work are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted once your cart has been physically inspected. We will always confirm final pricing with you before carrying out work beyond the original quote.

Third-party integrations

Our shop connects to QuickBooks Online (for inventory stock accuracy) and PayFast (for payment processing). Use of these services is also subject to Intuit's and PayFast's own respective terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared with each.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep this site accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Golf Car Battery Suppliers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
